Privacy Policy

• Your booking details: full name, mobile number, email (optional), home address (optional), pick-up and return locations, dates and times, your day-by-day plan for with-driver trips, and any notes you add.
• Your IDs: a valid government ID for every booking, plus your driver's licence for self drive.
• Payment receipts: the GCash or bank transfer screenshot you upload for your reservation fee.
• Car condition photos: our staff photograph the car at pick-up and return.
• If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile photo. That's all — we never see your Google password, and we can't read your Gmail, contacts or files.

• To confirm who is renting, and that self-drive renters are licensed to drive.
• To reserve your car, prepare your quote, and contact you about your booking.
• To record what you have paid and what is left to pay.
• To keep a clear record of the car's condition at each hand-over.
• To keep the business records we are required to keep.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

• Our staff — only the employees our owner has added to our booking system.
• The services that run this website, which store or process your information for us and for nothing else: Supabase (our database and file storage, on servers in Singapore), Vercel (website hosting), Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google), and our email provider (to alert our staff to new bookings).
• Authorities, only when the law requires us to share it.

• ID photos and receipts are kept in private storage, never on a public link.
• When our staff open one of your files, the link expires after one hour.
• Only accounts on our employee list can see bookings.
• Everything you send travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run your rental and for our business and tax records. Once your rental is complete and fully paid, you can ask us to delete your ID photos and we will — unless we still need them to settle an open issue, such as damage to the car or an unpaid balance.

Under the Data Privacy Act, you can:

• Ask what information we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
• Have anything that is wrong or out of date corrected.
• Ask us to delete your information, or to stop using it.
• Object to how we use your information.
• Complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph) if you believe we have mishandled your information.

We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep this website secure. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
