Terms of Service

• A booking is a request until our team confirms it. We'll contact you on the mobile number you give us.
• If you choose Pay later, we hold your dates for 24 hours. If your reservation fee hasn't reached us by then, the dates open up to other customers automatically.
• Bookings that start today or tomorrow are urgent. Please call us after booking so we can confirm quickly.
• With-driver trips are priced by our team based on your plan. We'll send you the quote before anything is final.

• Self drive is charged at the daily rate shown on each car, counted in 24-hour blocks from your pick-up time. Any part of an extra 24 hours counts as another day.
• Rentals of 3 days or more get ₱300 off per day.
• For self drive, a ₱500 reservation fee secures your dates. It is part of your total, not an extra charge — the balance is paid on pick-up.
• Self-drive rentals include a flat ₱300 carwash fee.
• Pick-up and return at our garage are free. Delivery to, or collection from, your address is ₱300 per trip; farther addresses may cost more, and we'll confirm the fee with you first.
• We accept GCash, BPI bank transfer, and cash.

• Self drive: a valid driver's licence and one other valid government ID.
• With driver: one valid government ID.

Need different dates or times? Call or message us — we can move your booking as long as the car is free on the new dates. To cancel, tell us as early as possible, and we'll let you know what applies to your reservation fee.

• From pick-up until the car is returned to us, you are responsible for it, including any traffic violations during your rental.
• We photograph the car at pick-up and at return, so we both have a clear record of its condition.
• Need more time? Contact us before your return time so we can check the car is free and extend your booking.
• Extensions while you have the car: each extra day is charged at the car's daily rate, and extra hours at ₱300 per hour. More than 6 extra hours count as one more day. Late returns are charged the same way.

We use the details and IDs you send only to run your rental. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and your rights over it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here when you send your booking is the one that applies to it.
